Derriere de Soie Returns Policy
Derriere de Soie carries over seventy brands from all over the world so we know that sometimes just because you're a certain size in one brand, doesn't mean you are the same size in another. Because of this reason, we are happy to answer any questions you have about fit or size by telephone (434-977-7455) or email (info@silkybottom.com).
If you didn't get it right the first time, we are happy to accept bras, sleepwear and loungewear for exchange or store credit if you let us know within ten days of ship date.
To protect our customers and continue to provide the highest quality of merchandise, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear bottoms, teddies, or other items that would be worn in place of or without underwear. Hosiery can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened.
In order to receive an exchange or store credit, all returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Derriere de Soie reserves the right to deny returned merchandise if we feel that any of these policies have not been followed.
Simply send back your returned items to us and we will be happy to ship your new exchanged item(s) free of charge. Please send all returns to:
